Matías Mateu was a consultant at Ceibal Foundation until December 2017. He enjoys helping people and organizations to fulfill their dreams through the design and implementation of realistic projects. He has been the technical manager at Plan Ceibal during 2012-2017. He has co-led the implementation of telecommunications infrastructure and new technologies in Uruguayan Education System for the last 10 years. Mateu has also co-led Plan Ceibal’s strategy to develop big data analytics and a prospective process of #edtech during 2015-2017. He holds a M.Sc. in Innovation Management (2016), a Diploma in Telecommunications Engineering (2013) and a Degree in Electrical Engineering (2006) all from Universidad de la República, Uruguay.
